About the Opportunity

TSE International has an exciting opportunity for multiple full-time Heavy Equipment Assemblers, based in Shreveport, LA.

In this position, your primary responsibility is to build and assemble custom engineered machinery by executing the mechanical/electrical/hydraulic assembly of machinery.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out complex and advanced assembly of any TSE products to high-quality standards and with limited to zero scrap or rework according to established specifications and instructions
  • Assembling various sub-components and performing the processes of building machines including but not limited to: hydraulics, keyways, torque, wiring, and alignment
  • Following written work instructions and schematics to ensure quality and consistency in product build
  • Identifying components and the subsequent operation of components on products manufactured
  • Monitoring the functioning of equipment as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues after consulting with the Supervisor
  • Exhibiting quality workmanship by achieving production times within quality limits and conducting troubleshooting

More About You

In order to qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance or auto/diesel mechanic. You must have technical proficiency and be able to interpret blueprints.
